Overview

Build East Baton Rouge (Build EBR) is seeking proposals for Information Technology (IT) Services to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment that supports the agency’s daily operations and compliance responsibilities.

Build EBR’s technology systems are essential to the coordination of its finance, legal, and redevelopment activities. The selected vendor will provide full-service IT support, cybersecurity, and equipment management to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.

Scope of Work

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Build EBR’s network infrastructure and system security.
  • Purchasing, setting up, and maintaining computers, hardware, and related equipment.
  • Installing and updating software to keep systems current and protected.
  • Providing helpdesk and troubleshooting support for staff during business hours.
  • Ensuring regular data backups and compliance with federal and state data retention standards.
  • Advising Build EBR on technology improvements and cybersecurity best practices.

The selected vendor will also coordinate with Build EBR’s financial, legal, and audit partners to ensure data protection and secure collaboration across all systems.
