Overview

Build East Baton Rouge (Build EBR) seeks qualified local contractors to provide Maintenance Services for properties in its Land Bank inventory across East Baton Rouge Parish.

Build EBR owns and maintains approximately 100 vacant residential and commercial properties of varying size and condition. The selected vendor will help maintain these properties through regular lawn care, trash removal, and on-call services to address issues like board-ups, debris removal, and small repairs.

Scope of Work

The selected contractor will:

  • Perform regular mowing, edging, and cleanup of vacant lots and small commercial sites.
  • Provide as-needed services such as debris and junk removal, boarding of vacant buildings, and minor repairs.
  • Respond to emergency requests (such as storm cleanup or hazard removal) when needed.
  • Submit before-and-after photos and brief reports after each service visit.
  • Maintain regular communication with Build EBR staff to confirm completed work and coordinate additional needs.

This opportunity is open to small and local maintenance providers familiar with property upkeep and working safely on residential and vacant lots.
