RFP for Office Cleaning Services

Overview

Build East Baton Rouge (Build EBR) invites local cleaning companies and small business providers to submit proposals for Office Cleaning Services at Build EBR’s administrative offices located at 725 Main Street, Baton Rouge.

Scope of Work

Cleaning will occur once per week, preferably after normal business hours, and include:

• Floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping)
• Bathrooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors)
• Countertops and desks
• Trash and recycling removal
• Entryways and shared spaces

Because one staff member has scent sensitivities, all cleaning must use non-toxic, low-odor, and fragrance-free cleaning products approved by Build EBR. The contractor must ensure the building is locked and secure upon completion of work.

This is a small business opportunity designed to support local providers. Proposals should be short and straightforward, with clear pricing and a description of experience providing similar services.
