Owners Representative Rolling RFQ



Build East Baton Rouge is issuing a rolling RFQ to establish a pool of qualified Owner’s Representatives to support future development projects across the parish. Selected firms may be invited to submit proposals for projects aligned with their experience, helping deliver high-quality, community-focused development, but submission or inclusion in the pool does not guarantee selection or contract opportunities.

Florida Corridor Rolling RFEI



Build Baton Rouge and the Cortana Corridor Economic Development District have released a rolling RFEI to attract proposals for housing, retail, and community projects along Florida Boulevard. The effort builds on major investments like Amazon, Rouses, Aldi, and BRT infrastructure, and invites developers to align with the 2024 Florida Corridor Plan. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with select proposals advancing to future RFPs or negotiations.

Plank & Scenic Rolling RFP



Build EBR has released a rolling Request for Proposals to attract developers for transformative projects along Plank Road and Scenic Highway. The RFP calls for housing, mixed-use, and community facilities aligned with the Imagine Plank Road and Scotlandville Community Plans, leveraging investments like Bus Rapid Transit and BREC’s greenway. Proposals will be evaluated on impact, feasibility, and alignment with neighborhood goals.
