Through a rolling Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Build EBR is establishing a pre-qualified contractor pool that may be shared with participating property and business owners as façade improvement projects move into construction.
Opportunities may include work such as exterior painting, signage, awnings, windows and doors, storefront improvements, landscaping, accessibility upgrades, masonry, and other exterior improvements.
Who should respond?
We encourage experienced contractors and businesses capable of completing commercial exterior improvement work to submit qualifications. Local, small, minority-, women-, and disadvantaged-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
How it works.
Contractors will submit their qualifications for review by Build EBR. Approved firms will be added to the Front Door Refresh contractor pool and may be considered by participating businesses for future project opportunities.
Inclusion in the contractor pool does not guarantee a contract or minimum amount of work. Project scopes and pricing will be determined separately for individual properties.
Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis.
