Autumn Place is a 42-unit affordable housing development located on McClelland Drive in North Baton Rouge. Designed with families and seniors in mind, the community includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across 17 residential buildings. The development also features a community building with on-site management, a computer lab, and resident services, creating an environment that supports long-term tenancy and neighborhood pride.
Developed by Integrand Development and financed through Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Autumn Place represents a successful public-private partnership. Build Baton Rouge supported the project by providing $500,000 in gap financing and helping guide the pre-development and site strategy. The project exemplifies how strategic housing investment can bring stability and opportunity to historically disinvested neighborhoods.
