Applicant completes purchase through the Build a Lot program within 60 days, or potentially forfeits their deposit

Properties may be offered at discounted pricing based on the type of project proposed. Housing, economic development, and community-serving uses may qualify for reduced land costs in exchange for delivering clear public benefits.

Submit an application with your proposed project

Receive pricing based on project type, community benefit, and Fair Market Value

Enter into a purchase or ground lease agreement

Meet development milestones (e.g., permits, construction start, completion)
