Front Door Refresh is a grant program that helps small businesses and property owners improve the appearance, safety, and functionality of their storefronts along key corridors like Plank Road.

The program removes financial barriers that often prevent business owners from making exterior improvements—offering grant funding that can cover up to 100% of eligible project costs, subject to program caps and approval.

Improvements like signage, paint, awnings, landscaping, and façade restoration not only benefit individual businesses—they strengthen entire corridors, attract new customers, and support long-term economic revitalization.
