Willow Creek Townhomes transformed a formerly underutilized hospital site into a thriving affordable housing community in North Baton Rouge. The development includes 36 townhome-style rental units designed for families, with a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans, including accessible units.
Led by EBRPHA Development 2, LLC in partnership with NDA-CRHD I Baton Rouge and National Development Builders, the project was funded in part through Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) with additional support from Capital One. Build Baton Rouge played a key role in early-stage development support, including site planning and coordination.
